My first big boy build second thoughts!

I am currently planning out my build and this is my problem. I cant find any extensive reviews and some of the brands I am looking at for my speakers and I was hoping to get some feedback on if I should go with something else that would perform better. I'm intrested in the infinity perfect 600 with the perfect 300m add on, or the Memphis audio sixfive speakers. They will be powered by either 2 or 3 (depending on what speakers I get) focal 4.400sq and sent through the audio control dm 810 mainly for crossover. If anyone can help me out on choosing the best systems for outright sound quality. I would really really appreciate it thnx!!
