That’s a bad ground spot. You see you grounded it on a little piece of metal spot welded to the chassis. Ground it straight to the chassis. If you can’t find a spot to nut and bolt then use 3 self drilling screws with washers to secure the ground. One in the middle of the ring terminal and one on each side. It has to be a hard ground on the chassis, not metal connected to the chassis by welds or nuts and bolts.
