Dragonware Posted April 24, 2020 Report Share Posted April 24, 2020 Hi Guys its been a while I had my 2018 F150 supercrew fitted with Dual SKar ZVX-8s box designed by mark from car audio fab. seat was lifted 2.5 inches to get it to fit. Ported box on Hifonics BRX 2000.1D was not happy at all my door speakers were louder, Eminence 8inch and 6.5 Inch betas . So new truck new drawing board 2020 supercrew. I can re lift the seat if needed or I can keep it stock. Open to suggestions should I try a sealed box for the Skar ZVX or add 2 more with more power ? should I just keep the existing box and just add more power im really puzzled for such beefy subs why they were so quiet. Should i go with multiple 6.5 inch subs. I cannot afford a gately box but something built similarly that would get me close to my previous 4 cubed ported box that housed dual 12 inch RE audio re coned subs would be ideal ported or sealed.
