I will be upgrading the other 7 speakers also, just though a out the lcq for adjustments and if I wanted to change the amp later in already had it setup and ready. Speedy4x4 Posted June 30, 2020 Author Report Share Posted June 30, 2020 I built a under rear seat box, with a fiberglass top, molded from the bottom of the seat. 6 layers of 1.5 oz, with added in corners and layers for stiffener, and stiffer er from faceplate to glass between each sub, box is solid. Speedy4x4 Posted June 30, 2020 Author Report Share Posted June 30, 2020 Outside, I used spray on berliner, then did a light sand, knocking the rough off, then paint, to give a textured finish that is durable, faceplate just gloss black. The subs are not flat, they are slightly angled forwards. But I got everything to work and fit "4" 10 's under seat, and keep a full functional seat. And stay within the box requirements for the subs. The pic installed, was just roughed in, was not finished yet, but shows the fitment.
