bretd25
Currently I am setting my gains on my d-4.800 and I am noticing something I have never seen before. First I use the dd1 on my head unit and I get max hu value of 39 of 40 When I go to the dsp on the d-4.800 I leave the input at 0db. If I go over this the max input light on the d-4.800 lights up. When I try to set the output gains at HU volume of 39 using the 1khz -5db it allows me to set the gain all the way up with no distortion. I think I am doing something wrong. I have used the dd1 before with my 360 and never had this issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Bret Edited May 15, 2020 by bretd25
reedal
Do you get a signal light? Have you attempted it with a brand new unused energizer/Duracell battery? That seems to be the one drawback on these tools, they like to have fresh batteries in them, and they can't be cheapo's.
