Ever but I’m just curious to know if on a car amplifier would it matter if I put the ground wire in the b+ slot and the b+ wire in the ground slot? Does it matter if I just switch them around It doesn’t matter. There’s no difference between a ground cable and power cable, they’re both wires with copper in them. Just make sure each cable goes where they need to though, positive going to positive on battery and ground going to negative on battery or to the frame on the car Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You don’t want to switch the cables out and have a positive cable going to the frame or negative of a battery.
