Enginerd Posted July 24, 2020 Report Share Posted July 24, 2020 When speakers (components/coaxials not subs) and/or displays are mounted on the underside of a trunk lid, are they typically turned off when the trunk is closed, or are they left running? bmwking Posted July 25, 2020 Report Share Posted July 25, 2020 depends on how much effort was taken when doing the install really. im sure there are some cheaper installs out there where everything is still running, but a simple limit switch in the right place could easily kill all power or signal to the trunk mounted components Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
