Abraham2nd
Hello guys. I got a oscope dso138 here I have an old pioneer cd deck that plays fairly good. So i wanted to check my stuff to see if i got clipping. The deck is set at Bass-0 Mid-4 Hi-2 Loud-High Sla-4 Using AUX i ran a 100hz tone on youtube. Weirdly enough im seeing a clean wave at the scope. Even at full 62 volume! (From rca output) Checked behind the preamp and the crossover and same ting.. the weird thing is now...i got a taramps hd1600 2ohms. When i test it.. the gain actually shows a clean signal with all the way up (altough its almost pointy.) But its not sawn or anyting...its still curves.... Is this possible????? (This test was done without any speakers at the amp btw..)

No lights. But this test was done without speakers installed. Oscopeworks fine. Tested another vehicle and got the clip points.
Big daddy8
One thing I have found with different phone manufactures is the speaker/ headphone Output voltage Is low , less than 2 volts , try Bluetooth as a connection of your audio if the head unit has that option, also the pre-out of the head unit needs to be included in your post, unless I missed it
