CFD
https://archive.org/details/bracing-and-port-corner-location Let me know if anything isn't making enough sense to you. I'm pretty worn out at the moment trying to do a lot at once. The CAD files are in there and you can look at the model all you want if you're confused about anything. Use the program FreeCAD. It's good and free, free and good. I like it. I will figure out how much volume is in each chamber and what exactly the tuning is eventually. Regardless, I know this box will bump hard and low. Whatever the volume is, it's well within the recommended for your subwoofer. The tuning is probably just a tad lower than 30Hz. I doubt there would be any noticeable flex of any panel of this thing either with the double baffle and the bracing.

CFD
One side only 7241.40625 cu. in. without bracing. 21.25x1.5x3.5x2 = front and back bracing 12.5x1.5x3.5x2= port and side bracing 15.5x1.5x3.5 = Bottom brace 6805.65625 cu. in. after bracing without speaker cutout. Speaker cutout: 235.05 cu. in. 6805.65625 + 235.05 cu. in. 7040.70625 cu. in. / (12x12x12) = 4.074482784 cu. ft. / side 29.75 inch long port, 5 inch wide, 15.5 inch length. Total Volume of both chambers: 8.149 cu. ft. Volume after sub basket displacement: ~7.6-7.7 cu. ft. Tuning before displacement: 26.25 Hz Tuning at 7.6 cu. ft.: 27.19 Hz Tuning at 7.7 cu. ft.: 27.01 Hz This box ended up being tuned right around 27 Hz after your sub basket displacements. It’s going to massacre the lows!

jessdabest77
Ok does anyone know if I did subs and port up if it would sound louder port in the middle or port on drivers side. When I say loud I mean to the ear not the mic.

When I say loud I mean to the ear not the mic. With the port up, and the subs on each side, it would be loud as shit everywhere in the cabin. I think that'd be the way to go, and you have the design.
