I have stock HU in Fiesta 2009 with front component speakers 6.5" and also an underseat subwoofer. The front speakers also have a 2 ch amp. I want to setup correct the gain with oscilloscope but I have a question. I put 40hz 0db and 1khz 0 db to measure the clean signal of my HU and I see that in 17/30 it makes distortion in 40hz and 22/30 makes at 1khz so I take the 16/30 as a clean signal. I put RCA to LC2i and when I try to measure with DMM the output voltage the max AC Voltage at MAIN is 2.8v which I consider is very very low because my amp has 6v input sensitivity , since in Bass at 25% of knob it gives me 5.5v which is correct for the input of sub. My question is . Is it false to take voltage output in MAIN of LC2i with 1khz 0db in my HU at 22/30 (this is 75% of source) , and for the bass to make measure at 16/30 with 40hz 0 db ? Any kind of help I would appreciate , because I read all the knowledge in site but I still have questions ! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
