I wouldn't tell you to ask them if they weren't. They do a lot of custom work as well.

Alright I appreciate it the autotech engineering told me they would recommend the 240a with what I have

Well, if that 250 is the biggest you can get, it is what it is. You're talking about going lithium right? So that'll help a ton

Yeah, you could try JS Alternator as well, but they might tell you the same thing.

Really, all those brands are pretty decent quality. So it's up to you. I would see who has the best warrantee. 

On the JY website, they have a power approximation chart. A 250 amp alt and the JY-40 lithium battery should be able to support 6100-6300 watts. Depending on how many amps your car needs and how efficient your amplifier is
