RobbyMayI
I have a single cab RAM 1500 that can only fit up to about a 2.7 cu. ft. enclosure. I currently own 2 Sundown Audio E-12 v4s with a recommendation of 1.75 cu. ft. per sub ported. Is it feasible to achieve good bass with port tuning or is it too far away from recommended specs? Triticum Agricolam
What are the dimensions you have to work with? Can't say for sure without knowing that. How much power are you going to be running? I'll be powering them with an Elemental Designs NiNe.1 @ 1 ohm so roughly 1200 watts. 6 hours ago, Triticum Agricolam said:
Triticum Agricolam
Oh yeah, you can totally work within that space. Let me see if I can come up with something for you. I assume you are going to want to tune to the low 30s? Triticum Agricolam
This is what I would do with that amount of space. Its ~3.2 cu ft net tuned to 32 hz with just under 50 sq in of port area. If this looks good to you I'll give you a cutsheet.
