Apollonick
I have a quick question if anyone can answer it ? So I have a sae2000d with 2 sets of terminals with 2 sa12 dvc 4 subs wired separately. Right now separate they are at 2 ohm but can be wired together for final one ohm or if I wire each separate with the sets of output terminals will the amp do it for me. Dafaseles
If each set of wires coming from each sub reads 2 ohm, the amp will see 1 ohm. That's perfectly fine. Even though it has 2 sets of speaker inputs, they are connected internally, so it's still a single channel amplifier. There are 2 sets for ease of installation. Nothing more. If you wire the subs together to get a final 1 ohm impedance for both, and only connect the 1 set of speaker wires, it'll be the same outcome. Either or. It's up to you 2011 Chevy Silverado under construction My build log here. Check it out!
