t-rob
I've bought alot of stuff from them and they are good with customer service and returns, I have never had a problem with them at all. Also you can get an l5 for $159.99 or you can get the l5 in the loaded truck slim-mount ported box $179 again free shipping. well would 1 10 fit behind the seat or under? i found this dual 10" box off ebay and thought it would work just fin for the 2 10's http://cgi.ebay.com/2002-2007-DODGE-RAM-QU...1QQcmdZViewItem but with the l5 got to have more air space...would the slim mount box fit behind the seat? Then go with the c10, they will still sound good. edit: I would build my own custom box and put 2 10" l5 or l7, but you said nothing real bass heavy and in that case the 2 c10 should satisfy him. t-rob
i had 2 12 comps a while back and i loved them, they dont take much space, so u can put them in tight spots (dont have much xmax so yet again small space) and take lil power to get decently loud...better post pics thanks for the input. and i will post pictures, but he is selling this chip thing before we start this so he said hes gunna sell it next week on ebay and then will go from ther ewith how much money he decides to invest..pictures will be up when things start though.. Then go with the c10, they will still sound good.edit: I would build my own custom box and put 2 10" l5 or l7, but you said nothing real bass heavy and in that case the 2 c10 should satisfy him. yeah thats what i was thinking cause im running 2 12" l5's and he says thats a little to loud for his taste so.. http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/Pr...ProductID=18802Dimensions are: D1 x 6-3/8" D2 x 21-9/16" W x 15-1/8" H thanks again man for all the help/input Quote www.myspace.com/trob10 Kenwood eXcelon KDC-x792 Rockford Fosgate Punch 5x7" DC Audio level 3 12" DC Audio 1000.1 Stinger wiring

SLG
my friends dad is looking for me to put some stereo stuff in his truck hes not into the extreme bass like some of us here, but hes looking for some good 10's (2) for his truck is all he really said im thinking he wants to spend around 800-1000 on this.. so im thinking alpine cd9884 deck $215 (bestbuy) kicker ds6930 6x9" front door speakers $99.99 kicker ds600 6 1/2" rear door speakers $69.99 kicker zx350.4channel amp $219.99 2 10" kicker comp 07c104 subs $89.99 kicker zx300.1 amplifier $199.99 kicker pkd4 dual amp wiring kit.. $67 (ebay) sonicelectronix on the rest is where i found everything but deck and wiring any ideas? or does this sound good? sounds good, what year is the truck? i did my system myself in my 08 quad cab, i got a 2 10 box with 1500 watts on it from probox which is good, hits hard. for 06-up rams u need to get a PAC C2R-CHY4 or else the cars computer trips out cause of the stupid data-bus system dodge uses or at least the cars with the stock nav system trips without this. i was getting airbag light errors, service engine and other stuff til i added this.
