jacob123 Posted April 5, 2022 Report Share Posted April 5, 2022 i gotta zv6 18 and the taramps bass 5k im trynna do a 4th order i did my measurements and i got 14.48 cubes before i add the sealed section. so i was thinking 4 cubes on the sealed side and that would leave around 10 on the ported side just need thoughts before the final decision. Joe X Posted April 7, 2022 Report Share Posted April 7, 2022 Your cone excursion with a 4,10@45Hz 4th bandpass with the Sundown Zv6 18D2 on 5000W is as follows: As you can see at lower frequencies you hit Xmax =35mm, setting your subsonic filter to 20Hz can avoid that happening or consider less than 4 net.
