337am
I am building a bed blow through box for my 3 sundown x15's. Is a 24" wide 12" tall port too small? I have cut the blow through hole and it looks really small for that much air to be pushing through. Will it choke? I have a bucket seat on the passenger side, that I have to keep in the truck(kids). So I can't extend it very far to that side. Thanks!
Joe X
That's 96 Square inches of port per driver, the problem is that you are not telling what kind of design you are doing? 4th order, 6th order? How much actual power is going into the subs?

Joe X
In any 4,6 bandpass the rear chamber controls the low frequency response while the front chamber control the high end of the passband so those tunings seem in the wrong order. If you were doing a series tuned BP6, specs 8@25Hz, 12@50Hz then that 12x24 front chamber port would be more than enough for those 3 subs on 7500W RMS.
