Mixing lithium and lead

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone so I was impatient an mixed a down4sound 6.0 lto battery and a lead acid an everything was great my voltage was consistent at what it should be unless I pushed on it real hard which obvious but it would hold where it should  but one day I was driving with amp turned off and no music my battery light turned on and my clusters are going crazy so I pulled over pop the hood and the front battery it was hissing/venting it even shot the vent cap right off turns out  my cluster fried my ECU fried an my fuse box I don’t know what caused it I was wondering if it was from mixing them or what

Designed to work directly inline with stock charging voltages (No voltage-boosting needed to achieve optimal results).

Can be paired with regular 12v / non-lithium batteries with no issues.

14.8v Maximum Charge voltage (DO NOT EXCEED THIS OR BATTERY DAMAGE / FAILURE COULD OCCUR).
