Hello, New to the forums but long time follower of SMD!

So i was finally able to afford and starting building my setup and ive come across a few problems and i cant seem to figure them out, I was hoping someone with more experience could give me a hand!

Equipment:

JS 320amp alternator

xs D3400 x2

Jp 43 amp x1

Zv6 18 x2

Wired to 1 ohm

Heres my problem, im currently around roughly 1700rms to break in the subs and i noticed my power seems to be dipping lots more then it should? im running at 14.8 while no load and i dip into the low 13 nearly 12v while doing a burp. (i mostly listen to music, was just having a little fun)

From alternator i have 2x 1/0 OFC runs +stock wire - Grounded from alternator case(mount) to the chassis - battery is grounded to the chassis and the same location with 1/0 + stock wiring. From the Front battery to the rear i have 2 runs of 1/0 welding cable - from the Battery to the amp is 1/0 x2 and amp is grounded directly to the rear battery with 2x 1/0- the rear battery itself is grounded with 3x 1/0 (i cut a hole in the floor) to get straight to the frame.

I clamped the amp inputs and shes pulling roughly 120amps at the current settings (lets just say half the amps power) and i get those kind of voltage drops which made me think that even though the alternator charges at 14.8 it doesnt seem to want to give me any kind of real amperage... i clamped the 2 lines coming from the alternator to the battery under the same test and only got a 17amp draw. How is this possible?

Any ideas would be very helpful TIA

no i do not rev during burp, but at idle my voltage is 14.8 - doesnt that imply the alternator is in fact putting out power? JS is telling me that its possible belt slippage might be the cause of this..the alternator itself has a smaller pulley to allow more power at idle
