Arrrhh Road Runner Wont Work Unable To Access

Im waiting for the power supply to get here so I figured id install road runner and get it set up. Its got windows xp corporate with service pack 2. when ever i click to open road runner i get a error saying Windows cannot access the specific devise path or file you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item Does any one have any idea how to fix this?

got this shit working this things the shit weather movie times gps damn gas price thing wont work bleh plays movies runs a ipod and my cell phone. Peoples pics come up on the screen when they call. this things freaking got it all. I bet you could even run a shaver, toaster and a vibrator hood ornament with this thing
