loganberry
Why not just order two and port them and if you don't like the sound get the other two? I honestly think two ported would be enough for that extended cab...or 4 sealed would sound good aswell the 4 sealed would be more simplistic as you do have alot of curves. im used to the 15's so im sure the 8's will sound plenty punchy.........as a loudness stand point would ported be louder? and how would i port it, a single 4x6 inch aero port? loganberry
Well the sub is 8-3/8" from one side of the rubber gasket to the other. it might work then??? i guess easiest way to do it would be order them and play around port wise tho, 1 4x6 inch aero? what kind of tuning would that give me? i want 34-37 hz Quote My F-150 Build GET ON THE BANDWAGON what if they tried messing with the amps when the subs werent louder hahah jk
wL<3bass
I'm not sure on the tuning I don't have any box building programs installed on my comp. Give me your max dimensions and I'll see what I can come up with. loganberry
Why not just build a hump in the enclosure? im going too, its going to be lower on one end than the other, but its 8 inches on the part with no hump, im guessing maybe 6.5-7 where the hump is Quote My F-150 Build GET ON THE BANDWAGON what if they tried messing with the amps when the subs werent louder hahah jk
