they require .250 max sealed per sub, so just wonderin what you think....i want punchy bass so i think it will do it for me, hopin to be decently loud too

yea i was thinkin it would sound alright, punchy bass i should have plenty of but since the box is small and there only 8's would it still get loud? im going to be throwing 800-900 watts at them

Just remember the larger the sealed box the greater the output (to an extent) and a smaller one yields slightly lesss output but is more "punchy."

Yes Jacob said that they can 200hz and down fine but anything over that tends to have cone break ups and they can handle possibly as high a 500hz inductance wise.

Kind of...

They will pretty easily reach 100 - 200 Hz, perhaps as high as 500 Hz inductance-wise but there are probably dust-cap breakups around that area.

yea it will be around 1 cube, give or take a little bit.....punchy is my main goal, but i still wanna be able to get loud, im not lookin for as loud as the X cause i think 140 db with 8's in a sealed box is out of the question

Did you see Jacobs dad's single cab pickup? That should answer alot of questions......and if you guys have alot of questions Jacob really is the one to talk to after all no1 has really had these subs for very long to do testing.

It's possible if ported.

Four AA Assasin 8"s in a 1.6cube box, ported at 35Hz, did 139 or around that on either a TL or AC mic, in a standard cab Chevy truck.
