Jextel Posted August 6, 2008 Report Share Posted August 6, 2008 I currently have 5% all around and get tickets every other week so im going to get PA tags/ins and from there the cops here cant mess with me anymore.. im thinking i minus well get the windshield tinted im thinking 35% would be safe but 15% would look better..also i plan on doing another layer of 5% on top of the tint i have now with a deep 10" 5% eye brow.. I am planning on getting mine done soon. but I still want to see at night so i play on doing like 50% or something? With tint that dark on the Windshield are you gonna be able to see at night? Ernesto Posted August 6, 2008 Report Share Posted August 6, 2008 I had 35% on my windshield for 2years on the expedition... Loved it during the day, hated it at night! When I would drive through rodes with no street lights and I was the only car I couldn't stand it. I don't plan on ever tinting my front ever again, I don't recommend it only if you drive during the day only. Even with 35% on the front I got stopped for it like crazy.
