David Posted January 7, 2007 Report Share Posted January 7, 2007 the air-flow benifits form the round corners, there are a few differrent ways to it. PVC cut into qtrs and glassed in, I have seen someone use shaping foam then glass that or you can use wood/w 45 degree angles. to get it perfectly round takes time and work.
