dmanson
Well right now i got T302 with P2's but i am going to go with maybe 2 T1's, definetly 1, so depending on if i go with two or not is between the T1001bd amp or the T500-1bd amp . then i am going to have a T400-4 amp for speakers and tweeters and i am going to probably use the T3002 for 1 sub and some speakers also The sad thing is, ia hve the money, i ahve been saving up, but i dont got the time. OFcourse with teh new alt will come the big three and a new battery go with the T10001bd, i know for sure it'll push more than the new T500-1bd Quote 2-DC 15XLM2 D.7s 1-DC 5K amp (1) XS Power D6500(UNDERHOOD) and (1) XS3000(REAR) 3 runs 1/0ga for power and 2 runs of 1/0ga for negative. Texas Tech
man i got a 90 alt max amp right i read on ROE (not saying anything just saying i was reading so please dont even say anything about ROE besides if you think if the information i say is correct or not) that 40 % of your alt can be used for your system, so basically multiply .4 time your alts max (90 amps). That equals 36 amps (even if the equation is wrong, i am just saying it is 36 amps). Anyways, currently i am pushing only 2 P2's with the T3002 and i am having problems with dimming. Now ofcourse, i dont have a new battery or upgraded the big three, but spending is not a problem, i have been saving up money for my car for a while and i dont ahve a problem spending it on an alt, even if i dont need it. I might go with 2 T1's, but i just dont want to have any problems at all. After adding the 2 amps for speakers and an extra sub that will go in teh back part of my middle console, i dont know if i can pull another 600 watts RMS for an amp (and that is without efficiency added into it and all that good stuff). I am going to email Irragi today and see whats up, but judging from their ebay online store, it seems like you can basically jsut buy the alt that fits your make and model and your good. LSN2meBoom916
ok imagine this: You're Steve Meade. Awsome I know, but settle down it's just a hypothetical. You own a Chvy Tahoe w/ 4-Fi BTL 18's & 21,000 Watts rms. Is 40% of ANY stock alternator gonna be enough/ok? Dont think so. Thus, blanket rules like that aren't gonna fly EVER. (leave it to ROE) You gotta "Fight the demons" in YOUR SPECIFIC setup. If you have mucho dimming, you need mucho electrical reinforcement. Thus, regardless of "the rules go..." statements, just build it up till ur outdoing your electrical draw and there you go. ~2more cents.
