Im running my amp at HALF power. so im only pushing a little over 300 watts RMS to each. Im running a STOCK electrical system and i played a sweep that went down to up instead of up to down, and i have a low tuned box. so i would have hit higher if i had a stronger electrical system, amp wired to 1 ohm so each sub got around 700 watts RMS and if i played a sweep that went high to low. edited to take the 2x out, lets not use them except for posting a show please. Your probably looking at a 142-142.5 when you do all the stuff you said you needed to do. sactownstang Posted August 31, 2006 Report Share Posted August 31, 2006 I would say your doing ok, I have the alt and spare batterys and more then enough power I can't get past 138 with 2 T1 12" I gave up wasting my time with constant losses. Street B I believe is the class I was in with 2 12" and people were getting 145+. So be prepared unless u like losing 3 db is a uphill battle usually! Good luck! We both know your system bangs and sounds good doin it, but aiming backwards in a trunk isnt the best way to meter regardless of how it sounds to the ear. Of course my 12s only cost $75 each, and really can't hold the power. David Posted September 9, 2006 Report Share Posted September 9, 2006 Not bad numbers at all, I did a 134.8 with 2 L7's on a brutus 1205d with a jacked up box, mid 140's with the L7's in a Kick ass box on a BD1501 didnt meter it Im just guessing mid 140's, thats what meade thought too, never got to meter it cause the modded BD1501 was to much for the L7's Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
