Jdhonda810 Posted April 11, 2009 Author Report Share Posted April 11, 2009 well as i can see some of the SMD members have had excellent experiences, some have good experiences, some have had shitty experiences like me...hopefully he is just slow on business and communication and his word so that i may ACTUALLY get what i paid for nearly a month and a half ago. he just stopped communicating with me and the fact of the matter was that he said, HE ADVERTISED, that he could have my product produced and shipped next day. He didnt say hey give me a week and i can have it or it may take some time to produce but i can do it; he said i could have it done and shipped the next day. i was actually very customer friendly and patient with him till it reached about the 5 weeks mark. First they do a really great job with their sales, then when everyone begins to trust them. Boom, hes scott free because he can make up lies and people will believe them without hesitation. If I were everyone on the forum that paid, but still hasnt gotten their items, I would file a paypal claim on that bish and get my money back, and head straight to Derrick. I do though, hope this all is not true about Robert as I have had good experiences with him AlphaDamp Sound Deadening CDL Mat - The best Vibration Damper Ever!
