Strong Joints

Recommended Posts

If you pay attention to the location of the subs relative to other subs, side wall, and baffle joints, you will notice they are very very close. What are some good ways to make little joints strong like this? I'm pretty sure his baffles aren't very thick.

See what I'm sayin?

it has to be strong to hold up to that

That's what I'm sayin. I'm not concerned with what's going on between the subs as I am the "outside" perimeter of each stage of the baffle. I have a few ideas of how to make it strong, but I'd like to see what others have done in this scenario. (Example: 44" wide baffle with 4 10s having 11" OD)
