(3) 23" x 30" (2) 12.75" x 28.5" (2) 12.75" x 23" so.... my interal deminsions will be 28.5" wide 21.5" deep 12.75" tall =4.52 gross internal volume minus.... But in your case, less width and shorter ports should be ok, since you wanted 35-40 Hz tuning. Are you doing PVC or aero ports? Aero's come as long as 17", but the end correction makes them look like they are 16" long. . .
