3 Sundown NSv2 15s/ AA500.1 build pg 21 new vids

Recommended Posts

finished all my finals. i started on the daily port i made the flare radius 2" insted of 4" and it didnt bend well at all. im gonna sand down the unround parts, im also only doing 2 sided with flares instead of all 4. this way it might look more hidden, even thought its gonna come out on top of the back seat.

more toys from ebay. 100, 80 grit sandin sleeves for a dremel. 7.99 plus shipping

damn good work.... are you worried about having that internal flare opening inside the box and sound waves getting behind it and creating some port noise?

I dont think that will be a problem. the port is 64sq in, so port noise shouldnt be there, the flare should work to prevent it.

im workin on the daily port right now. its rainin and i had to fiberglass the flare and its taking forever to cure. I was hoping to have it playing today, but looks like it wont happen now.

ill get the pics up when i finish up for today

I finished building up the daily port today. it took forever because the resin wouldnt dry. tomorrow or thursday ill get it wrapped in carpet..depends on if i find any money before payday.

i added some fiberglass on the outside to round it out better.

but that resin was takin forever so i decided to clean off my workspace and organize the scrap mdf
