BlockShaker
Great Job and very clean!!!!!!! I noticed that you didn't make any spots for speaker terminals. Are you going to drill holes on the bottom for speaker wire? meade916
thanks i was going to do some nice terminals i have but i got to thinking about it after he bought a ton of RF gear.....this box wont be going in and out constantly or even ever.......there is no reason for terminals in a permanent system. I ran wires out the side where they will be hidden once its installed rather then have terminals visable anywhere. They arent shown because i drilled the holes, test fitted the wire, then pulled it out for carpet. They will of course go right back in no prob. You're right about not putting any terminals in a permanent system. I drilled holes on the bottom of my enclosure and ran them from there. Also, I used 4 -3" 5/16 Bolts and bolted the enclosure to the chasis. There was no reason for me to take it out and put it back in as well. dmz2711
once again, great build meade!! I love the way the box came out. I had a question... how big is the center of the main port? and how big is it where the ports are flared? Is the middle section the total width of the two flared parts?? here is a pic to better understand what i am sayin. once again, awsome job! 1 Quote Nobody makes me bleed my own blood, NOBODY!!!
