I Run a 9515G and I've also bought a DD amp, all the times i have called i got great customer service. one amp had a problem and they said ship it back and i did, had it back real fast. I couldn't tell you about DC but I'm sure rusty is a good guy from what everyone says, I've never dealt with them though

rusty goes above good with his customer service you can tell he still cares dd couldn't care less if you blow your sub they pretty much call you a liar and make you give them the serial number I love dd products but hate the people who are working for them

DD...

Customer service.. Whats so different about between the two?

You pay for a speaker.

They ship you a speaker.

You play a speaker.

You blow a speaker.

You ship it back for a recone.

You pay for a recone.

You get your speaker back and play it again. LOl

What is so special about the customer service you get from either or?

Both companies pick up the phone when you call.

Both companies are pretty much equal on price.

Both companies do custom orders for their customers.

DC is pulling ahead. i've heard DC is a better daily driver where as DD is better for comps. i also heard that DC plays better on music where DD plays better on HZ.

That is the most biased thing ive ever heard...

Either company if you blow a sub, your stuck paying for a recone. I was never called a Liar by DD, and im on my prob close too 10 subs I bought, and lots of recones

Ive never had a problem with DD's customer service. now I cant say anything bad about rusty or DC since ive never personally played with them. i will say this. I have never heard anything louder across a wider spectrum than my DD 9515s
