- 60 ft of 3/0

-480 Ah of battery

- (2) stock alternators (70 +90)

- Kenwood Excelon x-794, 4v preouts

car audio is just a LOT more complicated than "this amp does this power" or "this sub will be this loud". its like 2 + 2 = banana. (if that confuses you then you get the point) lol

scrool down and you will see the finished front of the wall, and how the box is blue and atop the box is black then the balck roof. ,.,,,,.... that was done to seal off the top and same was done on the sides of the wall...

then further down you will see 2x4's going from the top of the box to the roof of the van to help brack and hold the box down. and then back filled with expandafoam... that was done to finish the seal off, but remember to properly lag/carrage bolt the box to the floor of the car last thing you want is to have it land on your neck in a accadent.

many methods to building a wall so it depends on your budget, skills, tools available, materials available, and your goal.

My method is no where near like building a box just bigger.

Some use 2 x4s and frame it out, then add MDF or Birch, much like building a house.

Some weld in a steel cage then layer up the wood.

If you wanna do my method you will need MDF as a form, and alot of fiberglass resin and sand, and alot of 2 part liquid plastic.

Some use concrete to pour around the box and fill in the floor.

So do research and decide what is best for you.
