Decided to move my build to the actual build thread instead of enclosures thread. Anyways this is the first build log that ive done, and its for my 1997 Pontiac Bonneville. The box is a common chamber, 32 wide x 34 deep x 15 high. its for my 4 kicker cvr 12's powered by a Crunch GroundPounder 1600.1. The first part of this build was to seal off my 6x9's from the trunk because ive had a problem with my subs over flexing them and them bottoming out like crazy. So i started with some fiberglass pods, even though they didnt turn out how i wanted them too, they do the job. Here they are

the box has been flexing very badly lately so i am taking the box out and fiberglassing as much as a can and putting in lots of bracing and seeing if i can do a double baffle, if not then alot of bracing is going to need to be done. i want to do some fiberglassing on the side of my trunk for the amp to mount to to make it a little more appealing and add a more custom appearance to the trunk. just thought some people might wanna know that if they are looking at the build which it doesnt seem like many people are, but oh well

Don't get discouraged. If you like it post it. Keep up the work all of us started somewhere. I'll be watching your build. That is a nice box just alittle more bracing those CVR's move alot of air. :shok:

Looks good, gotta start somewhere. Thinking back, you're box looks like a masterpiece compared to my first couple boxes.
