BEllithorpe04
Decided to move my build to the actual build thread instead of enclosures thread. Anyways this is the first build log that ive done, and its for my 1997 Pontiac Bonneville. The box is a common chamber, 32 wide x 34 deep x 15 high. its for my 4 kicker cvr 12's powered by a Crunch GroundPounder 1600.1. The first part of this build was to seal off my 6x9's from the trunk because ive had a problem with my subs over flexing them and them bottoming out like crazy. So i started with some fiberglass pods, even though they didnt turn out how i wanted them too, they do the job. Here they are Now to the box....tuned to 38 hertz, port is 13 wide x 20.5 deep x 6 high All countersunk for bondo Next to the box I built for my brother's L5's 1997 Pontiac Bonneville Black on Black on Black 15" DC Sound Labs Level 5 w/ quad coil in a T-Line tuned to 35 hz 7" Jensen VM9311TS Touch Screen Flip Out w/ J-Link Blue Custom Trim Blue Custom Fiberglass Rear Speaker Pods Autotek Mean Machine MM2000.1 1/0 Knukonceptz KLMX Rockford Fosgate Twisted RCA's 2 Audiopipe Anl fuse holders w/ 200A Kicker fuses 2nd battery (Soon to be an Odyssey D3100) Dynamat Extreme Bulk Pack Custom False Floor 15% Tint All Around Custom Painted Stock Rims My Build Log Tailights 15" Lvl 5 DC T-Line Build

BEllithorpe04
the box has been flexing very badly lately so i am taking the box out and fiberglassing as much as a can and putting in lots of bracing and seeing if i can do a double baffle, if not then alot of bracing is going to need to be done. i want to do some fiberglassing on the side of my trunk for the amp to mount to to make it a little more appealing and add a more custom appearance to the trunk. just thought some people might wanna know that if they are looking at the build which it doesnt seem like many people are, but oh well 1997 Pontiac Bonneville Black on Black on Black 15" DC Sound Labs Level 5 w/ quad coil in a T-Line tuned to 35 hz 7" Jensen VM9311TS Touch Screen Flip Out w/ J-Link Blue Custom Trim Blue Custom Fiberglass Rear Speaker Pods Autotek Mean Machine MM2000.1 1/0 Knukonceptz KLMX Rockford Fosgate Twisted RCA's 2 Audiopipe Anl fuse holders w/ 200A Kicker fuses 2nd battery (Soon to be an Odyssey D3100) Dynamat Extreme Bulk Pack Custom False Floor 15% Tint All Around Custom Painted Stock Rims My Build Log Tailights 15" Lvl 5 DC T-Line Build
