97 Blazer A-pillar Pods

Recommended Posts

So I decided to fiberglass my a-pillars....been wanting to do it for awhile but couldn't find any a-pillar in local junk yards all of them had already been taken :(

So I got some balls and decided to glass my factory ones *gasp* :pardon:

Second time glassing anything and the way my dash is in my blazer I will have to see how I'm gonna wrap the bottom have some ideas :D

I will grind the rough stuff down in a lil bit....Heres what is done so far...far from done.

The pods will house a set of Rockford T152s components. (5.25")

Also some of you may wonder why I'm doing one at a time....well b/c I have the time to and I like working on one at a time.

fun stuff huh lol might i suggest drillin a few small holes on the back side of the pilars themselves cuz then it will hold better to the plastic. resin dosnt hold to plastic very well and id hate to see ya havin to redo em cuz the pod breaks off or what not. lookin good though otherwise man.
