Why is it legal for an Ice Cream truck to play amplified music which can be heard with normal hearing from at least a block or two away..... and by small children, from 10 freaking miles ??? Be kind of funny to call the cops and say, "Uh yes..... I want to report this truck that keeps driving down my street with loud speakers mounted "outside of the vehicle" ! Come to think about it, bass travels just fine anyway, but I think somebody should mount concert horns on their roof ;-) Then when they get pulled over, they can say, "I learned about it from the Ice Cream man....
