Agree. Steve has posted many times that he has a regular full time (non-car audio) job. Everything he has in there is VERY well deserved, and VERY well earned.

I can't imagine how much free marketing he does just by showcasing the capability of the equipment brands he runs.

How many of us have built our cars because of what we seen him do.

Nobody and I mean NOBODY, builds like he does.

We all can't be steve but we can try to copy him. LOL

That wasn't necessary.

I honestly don't care what you think about what was said. If you don't like it put me on ignore. When someone comes off as someone looking for a handout I'm going to call a spade a spade.

I sat through a demo with Steve at Rockford's booth at CES (consumer electronics show) in Vegas with the new build completed. Hopefully there will be a YouTube video of that experience coming up... :hairtrick: It was really versatile with music playback. We started out with Pantera, moved to N2deep, and on to Luniz. Both electronic and analog instrumentation in songs sound clean. Vocals cut through like a knife. With each track the amount of bass increased. 6,600 watts per 18"! Sick. The front stage is tight with the way the components are laid out. The noise floor of the components seemed low to non-existent which means he took the time gain match everything very well. The Mac Mini is the way to go... It made it easy for him to line up the track list on the touch screen. It really is an amazing truck! I felt bad for the Palms hotel because the girders, support beams, and all other fixtures were resonating. It was moving the ballroom drop ceiling so much that is was "snowing" flakes of ceiling tile dust. All of his work paid off, for me it was one of the most memorable experiences of the 2010 CES.

You Lucky bastard! :-)

I missed my ticket this year but will be there for sure next year!

I hope he's there again!

Hey RBIndustries, did you have time to stop by next door at the other "hot" event?

My buddy went to CES and also stopped by at the other big event.
