I will probably do something to soften up the shock to it but it shouldnt be too bad. If it acts up i will get a solid state HD. It will probably be ok though. PTcary, no, you dont need a seperate headunit i just prefer to use one and have the carputer be another "source". meade916
Time to get started on the rear doors. I want MOST of my sounds coming from up front, but since this is STILL a TAHOE, i had to put something in the back doors. I figure this is perfect, one set of seperates....its a lot of work for just one set but its fine, the front is where i sit! meade916
I used Flex Filler and some glass to give it structure inside that annoying grove at the top. I also used it to make the "transition" from where i stopped my fiberglass to where the top of the panel is. When i am done you wont even know i stopped the fleece and fiberglass in that spot. meade916
i tried to put up a video last nite after work but windows vista stopped and wouldnt reboot FTMFL!!! I know it wasnt HARDWARE because i dropped windows 7 on top of it and its all brand new again - but by the time i got it dialed in and my main programs back up, it was too late. Here is the pics, this afternoon i will post the actual video. Rock is always by my side when i am working.... Time to make the back side strong. I dropped as much 29oz fiberglass and resin as i could get in there - it is like granite now!! Door locks and heated seat control - the door panels from the wrecking yard musta been LS not LT or something because they didnt even have the hole for the heated seat button. It does now though Please leave comments here: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...778&st=1860 thanks!! :hairtrick: All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! meade916
Got started on my dash. I really need to get this thing going now that i took the N1 out. The wires are still there i can still use it if i want but once the screen is in i HAVE to put my new deck down bottom. I bought that single din pioneer but i changed my mind i want double din down bottom. Anyway here is how the dash is coming along.
