robola 46
Here the little test I did. When you check it out, it's quite simple really. The spring you see, pulls the diaphragm to close. On the lever, I put a bigger plate, so I can see how long I need to make my transmittion. The more I pull the cable out, the more slowly it close and opens, and the less force the motor needs. I really like the speed that it opens and close now. I just need to make a descent piece of aluminum that will stand onto the motor. Here a picture, I'm going to make a little movie, and post it offcourse. Here a little movie of what I made of a "diaphragm"
Audio-Concepts
Are you able to stop it when have desired diameter, or does it just open and close??? Is it basically used for deciding the amount of in-cab air pressure for certain songs for better sound quality??? First of all it's going to be only for show and it will constactly move!! (during show) BMW has a big hole between the seats where you pull the rest down. http://static.autoblog.nl/images/wp2008/BM...0achterbank.jpg The diagram he made will be above the rest (between seats) and will alow air to move inside of the cabin.
