meade916 Posted May 18, 2007 Author Report Share Posted May 18, 2007 thanks guys Ok i decided since these ports were already modded a little to fit inside out inside the box that its OK to go ahead and make them permanent. In other words they are ruined anyway (other then being in this box). Its also a weak area of the box so i filled the backside of them level with resin. now its solid as a rock like i never cut them port holes. Plus it seems to me with such a big flare that part of the "box" in that area is essentially abs plastic and not resin saturated 3/4mdf like the rest of the box.
