While I was waiting for the Glass' to dry, I made a brace for the front baffle. More 1 1/2" square with 1/4" plate on the ends.

Looking awesome bro, I will also be using birch for my wall in the burb, will do the top baffle in 1" mdf covered in vinyl to match the truck.....

anyway back to yours BADASS!!!

Its a much harder/denser wood, but its is VERY expensive compared to mdf, I picked mine up for cheap a 4' x 8' x 1" cost me 65.00

Its a much harder/denser wood, but its is VERY expensive compared to mdf, I picked mine up for cheap a 4' x 8' x 1" cost me 65.00

Its easier to work with, lighter, stronger, makes REAL sawdust...no MDF boogers lol...and looks a billion times better. Real Baltic Birch only comes in 5'x5' sheets, unless you get shop grade. 3/4" BB is 13 layers void free and is actually 18mm thick. I paid around $44 for each 5'x5' sheet.
