In the previous pic, I added two more pieces to the 1 1/2" bracing, and ran a few beads on the inside of the truck. Then plug welded the rest of it from the outside.

Starting on the back. That piece was screwed to the brace, and I drilled two holes and filled the cavity between that and the sheetmetal with expanding foam...the back wall of the cab is now solid as a rock.

This is lookin so sweet! I'm a firm believer that subs should ALWAYS be recessed. Good job so far, keep it up!

I love your suspension setup too, real clean!
