You can only draw your weapon to prevent a death or harm to another person or if your in direct harm's way. the most important is if they have a gun pointed at you you can draw and fire at will. A polices officer needs to declare that they are a polices officer and show there bag once they have drawn there gun. If your dumb to pull a gun and point it a one of my family member and I'm there and strap you best be a cop and be up holding the law, not trying to scare people that have snow ball's.
