Dwn4BassAlan
quick question. So If I plan to run 1 3500wrms amp which pulls 300amps and currently have alternator putting out 260amps, I will only need 1 D3100 to supply the amp? I'm running the same 3500w, but I'm going with a 320a alt and 2 D1200's instead of 1 D3100. I think you will be good, but you might see a little voltage drop after enough time, based on your alt doing 260 at least. My response of well we don't really use your vagina so should we throw that out was evidently not the right response. I had to leave the room. I missed Alan. RIP 5/29/15 - I love you son. TeamHT
You're not buying a car battery. Any time someone spends that much on batteries, they are generally aimed for greater purposes. In this case a battery designed for audio use. If you need just a car battery then get something designed for that purpose. Can't complain about the cost of a luxury car when all you needed was a beater 1 Quote Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
jrussell9109
Anyone have a recommendation for my 2000 Ford Focus ZX3 2.0. On the websites application guide it give me the D4800 for my car a 2400w of stereo equipment. But on this guide i see D3400 would work. What should I got with? I'll have a singer or mechman alt to it as well. Edit: Also how would I make these terminals work on this battery? http://www.droppinhzcaraudio.com/toolmaker-sae-top-post-4-lug-style-battery-terminals/ Edited December 1, 2014 by jrussell9109

As for those terminals, get the short battery post adapters I believe http://4xspower.com/shop/terminals/580/ And you just put the terminal over the post and tighten it up. jrussell9109
Thanks man, I'll probably go with the 4800 since it is about the size of my current battery.
