Lost link - Aftermarket Panhard bar replacement 01 Tahoe

Recommended Posts

wussup guys, a little help here please :)

i dont know how many of you know but if you have a tahoe like mine, the driver wheel tucks just a little more then the passenger side...its like its offset a little. It becomes more apparent as you lower it down to the tire. Its no big deal really just sorta bugs a little, but i was told its probably the stock panhard bar doing it. Someone somewhere had a link to a really cool one that bolts to the rear end and extends out to both sides replacing the factory setup and correcting the problem.

I had the link up on my screen and forgot to favorite it, now i cant find it. Anyone know what im talking about?

thanks!

The set up your talking about would sound great in my Tahoe. Trade you my dog for it. He has one eye but that only makes for bad depth perception so hey so what if he is running into shit, look at it this way he is easy to sneak up ninja style on. (right side only)

i dont know a good sight except maybe fullsizechevy.com but Edelbrock, Competition, and Lakewood all have aftermarket bars... someone has just a relocation bracket also. i'll make some calls!

edit: the only one i can confirm for your ride is the Edelbrock part # 5262... still waiting on call backs!

is that it?

I've been told to crank the drivers side torsion key a little more and it will level it out

I did and it didn't make a difference

I'll look around

oh and Steve if you didn't know about steering stabilizers look into it.. they are the bees knees if you have big heavy wheels and you have steering wobble

:good:

Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple

How bout a adjustable panhard bar? Im sure this is what is causing the wheel to seem to be a little further out on the pass side compared to the driver side. I remember a member on a different forum talking about this when he was bagging his yukon. He just did a delete of the panhard bar, but he was also trying to lay it out. Here is a link
