Yea it's 4 gauge. Didn't have 1/0 laying around, and wanted to get a heavier duty for now with my 1k Watt kickers going in. I will upgrade to 1/0 though. Yes there's 1 run of 4awg from the alt. The stock was about 5/6 awg. Same with grounds. And yes I know it's a long run from the alt. I considered running it in the front, but there was a lot of hot pipes and tubs in the way, and I didn't want to run it around the battery.

The closer the run from the alt to the battery the better but that works thou

i have a 95 accord. all of the alt wires are run in front. i just put some extra loom around the wires and havent had any problems

When I rerun it in 1/0 I'll make it as short as possible. But this is doing well for now I think. No problems

I made my runs pretty long too for just in case when I decide to buy another vehicle I can swap it out without issues -.- Mine runs weren't as long as yours though
