wL<3bass
Rubber covered welding wire > pvc coated audio wire anyday and everyday of the year. If pvc coating was so good why don't other industries use it? Thats right its used to drain water out fridges and furnaces and sold in plumbing sections. I have no beef with the wire itself and think its really good stuff but its what covers it that i don't like or think is safe. Actually virgin (haha) pvc is more flexible than rubber... The reason in industry they use rubber is b/c it will withstand chemical and abrasion better but quality pvc is more flexbile. Skullz
Try that at 0 degrees outside in winter and see how well that shit bends, yes its great in warmer weather to bend but in colder conditions it sucks trying to bend and work with it. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2

Ummm no not really when I installed my hyperflex I was doing my build in the middle of February it was between -5 and 15 degrees the entire tim I was installing it OUTSIDE... I painted my box outside while it was snowing....it took 4 days to even get halfway dry and I finally had to bring it inside. jl10w3s
another view of this wire to give you all a better idea of how flexible it really is. which apparently isn't very impressive as most people on here hate jl . cc_audio
which apparently isn't very impressive as most people on here hate jl . You'd be hard pressed to find a forum that doesn't hate JL other than a JL forum. Truth is JL is severely overpriced and those that gain a tick of audio knowledge can see this and therefor hate JL. And audio shops only know what the JL brochure says and how much selling JL makes them in profit. No respect for JL from me. This is how I explain JL to the dumb asses who dis the systems I build because they don't contain JL. JL is kinda like taking a nice Buick Century, and replacing the Buick badging with Mercedes badges and then selling it to someone who knows nothing about cars for the price of a Mercedes. While the owner of the Buick/Mercedes thinks he has the best car in town, everyone else who knows a thing or two about cars can see its just a Buick. Buick Centuries are nice cars, but I would never pay Mercedes prices for them. JL is nice stuff, but I would never pay Mercedes prices for it. Its not that nice. I'm sure that wire falls in the category of "Not enough for your money", but yes it is flexible. It's all gone! The Celica Build Feedback If I buy something from you, DO NOT USE FEDEX!
