dugee81
It has 200 amps of fusing 200 * 14 = 2800 75% efficiency (just a guess) 2800 * .75 = 2100 So IMO with a good electrical, that's what you could see. I haven't had first hand experience, though. 200a alt. by Excessive Amperage hc800 under hood & 2 Deka 9a31 in rear 1/0awg + big 3 SAZ 3000D HDC3 18" @ 2 ohm

But i think 75% might be high for that amp take baby steps, u cant do it all at once unless u have a roll of 100's big enough to choke a donkey 1998 Chevy Venture "Swagger Wagon" Kenwood Excelon KDC-X994 Headunit 3 15" Alpine Type R's in seperate T-Lines 1 RF T1500-1bd for 2 of the 15s 1 RF P1000-1bd for the single 15 3 sets of Hifonics Zeus ZXi6.5C Components( 1 more set to come for Front stage) 1 Hifonics HFi100.4 4-channel amp Stock alt for now (DC HO SPL 400A when funds come in,currently working on buying this) Stock battery and one Optima Redtop for now (looking at XS batteries) 3 15" Alpine Type R's (aka Swagger Wagon Build 1.0) Swagger Wagon Build 2.0 Youtube Videos
Flint_810
You may be lucky to get over 2000RMS if your lucky, these are just a rough way to measure but 12v*200A=2400W 14v*200A=2800w So if your lucky you could see over 2500RMS but you would definitely need good wiring and upgraded electrical. But otherwise your probably gonna see like 2000 maybe. ok would 4awg be good or try to squeeze the 1/0awg wire in. im gonna do the big 3 but for an alt about how many amps? Flint_810
Idk for sure if the calculation i did is correct, but when i do the equation with a amp that i know the output power of its like 5-10% off what its rated at oh ok good lookin out on the calcuation tho it will come in handy! If the amp only accepts 4AWG you wont be able to "squeeze" in 0AWG its a HUGE difference. lower tuning is just hard. I was surprised how loud 145 sounds at 35hz, and how quiet 145 sounds at 50hz. -= 2005 Tahoe LT =-Head unit: Pioneer AVH-X5500BHSSource: iPad Mini in dash Subs: 2 T1 12's Sub Amp: T1500-1bdCPWire: Rockford Fosgate 1/0 awgSignal Cable: MonsterFronts:Stock Bose for now:)Rears: Stock Bose for now:)MIds/High amp: Stock Bose for now:) 2005 Tahoe Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/172529-2005-tahoe-my-17th-vehicle/ 2001 Monte Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/160030-2001-monte-carlo-my-16th-car-lol/page-2#entry25309381997 Tahoe Build Log: http://www.stevemead...oe-6-15-rf-15s/2001 Impala Build Log: http://www.stevemead...katzkin-inside/

CJ18
Dont trim it down just get yourself some 0 to 4 ga reducers and it will fit fine......I had 4 of these amps and would guesstimate that they put out about 2k but possible up to 2500 with good electrical......not a terrible amp for the price.
