Real96SS Posted September 12, 2011 Report Share Posted September 12, 2011 So I had a friend of mine order me 2 sets of the super tweeters and when he got them they looked like someone had just pulled them out their panels in the car.Scratched up the magnet on the back was spinning had super glue or something between the rubbed and the bottom to try and keep them from spinning.I email Crescendo at least 5 times with no reply.Anybody else have this problem with their tweeters from these guys? I got 4 but only 3 worked but ive never tried to e mail them or anything. The 3 that work are loud but I'd like to have my 4th if it's not a big hassle. Real96SS Posted September 17, 2011 Report Share Posted September 17, 2011 Sorry haven't been in here in awhile but I sent him the tweeters back because he said he didn't mind them looking like that but I do. With TLee's problem of getting 4 and 1 not working I'm taking it that these tweeters are being halfassed put together or halfassed handled. Like I said before still never got a reply back about the tweeters so I will just find some somewhere else.Maybe somewhere that the customer service is alot better. jrdrew5 Posted October 8, 2011 Report Share Posted October 8, 2011 Ya if u call them directly seems to be decent service, i was going to order a 1000.4 for my car, emailed (twisted420) got one email back with a price sent 3 more emails last 2 weeks still haven't got a reply even see he's uploaded vids on youtube (what i messaged him on) and still hasn't replied, but no grudges. i got a matching rockford i will step up to all crescendo, but gonna make sure i give them time to get everything str8.
