no cuz if u get another one you will need another amp. but u can always recone to a diffetent coil config. cuz if your gonna get a second one u need to recone anyway to start with 2 fresh subs

thats a rilly good point... but if these r as good as u say they r i wont need another 1 :) well... untell i get bored of just 1

well u asked what if u decide to get a second one. and lets face it u will. everyone does. bass is a disease that only more bass car cure. its never enough

Get d2's wire them down to 1 ohm and slap one on each amp. Then when you get another amp, same idea, 1 sub per amp..

Technically lvl 5 dc's can be had at 4k, but if you know what you're doing. Thats just like Steve slappin his subs with 5k ea.. It requires a bit of knowledge. No offense, but we don't want you to waste your money. Run an AQ HDC3 15 and see how much you bit off.

Like you said about your subs.. box makes everything.. shitty subs in a great box can sound good.. where as amazing subs (SMDs) in a shitty prefab box.. shit. It's all about the knowledge and wisdom.

EDIT: Back on topic.. just run the 8ga from the batt and be done with it. You probably won't notice a difference by running 1/0 on that small of an amp.. Save the money from the 1/0 until you need it..

If you already have it.. then use it with a distro block or reducer.
