That's the purpose of a TL. It sets a standard. If you use some other meter, you can no longer compare it to a TL because its different. Until you post pics and/or vids of your car doing those numbers on a TL, I'm going to have to call BS. EDIT: Don't get me wrong, if you're happy with it, then that's all that matters.
